Our beer tanks
In order to arrive at the unique flavour of various beers, specific tanks or add-ons are required. Because all tanks are built to specification, you always receive the most cost-effective design and are able to make optimal use of your product location. We would be happy to advise you on measurements, the correct cooling/heating capabilities, and we are able to deliver all appendages such as top plates with integrated appendages.
Heating, cooling and insulation
Ensure the correct combination of heating/cooling capabilities and insulation of the tank in order to heat or cool your product within the desired time frame. Let PT Roscoe Burner Indonesia know directly what heating/cooling capacity you require, and we will collaborate with you in order to arrive at the most efficient solution, whether this concerns a dimple, a double wall or a half pipe.
In all shapes and sizes, for all applications
PT Roscoe Burner Indonesia makes tanks for the beer industry ranging from smaller ones with a capacity of 250 litres for catering use to big 5000 hl CCTs for large breweries. We build tanks measuring up to 10 metres in diameter in our factory. We can deliver these by road or water to your location. Are you unable to accept a delivery of a tank of this size? We are also able to build storage tanks, such as CCTs of any size, directly on location.
Cylindrical Conical Tanks (CCT)
CCTs with a conical base are used for the fermentation process of beer. PT Roscoe Burner Indonesia’s fermentation tanks are always custom-made in order to make maximum use of the available space. As a standard, the tanks come with a hygienic finish. However, they are also available completely polished or even electropolished if you desire an even higher-grade finish. The cooling capacity, insulation and pressure (including static pressure) of the tanks can be adjusted according to your needs.
